Your personal data is processed by Despak® Agricultural Products Packaging Food Tourism Industry Ltd. Co. based on the following legal reasons specified in Article 5 of the KVKK for the realization of the purposes described above:

4) Do We Transfer Your Personal Data to Third Parties?

1. Personal data of our visitors may be shared with law enforcement and judicial authorities in case of legal disputes and when requested in accordance with relevant legislation.

2. Personal data of our online visitors may be shared with judicial authorities and authorized public institutions and organizations in case of legal disputes and when requested in accordance with relevant legislation.

3. Personal data of our customers may be transferred to authorized public institutions and companies that provide us with support in case of future legal disputes for use as evidence, to health organizations for emergency intervention, and to our corporate social media accounts with servers located abroad for advertising and campaign activities based on their explicit consent.

Personal data such as photos and videos of our customers may be transferred to corporate social media accounts with servers located abroad, based on their explicit consent.
